n.b. folks -- many masculine/feminine name-spellings are linguistic quirks.
"Justine" is conventionally feminine in most English-speaking contexts, but not all.
"babycenter.com" tracks a BUNCH of baby names...
for boys, "Justin" comes in at #210 and "Justine" comes in at #5527; for girls, "Justine" is #3937 and "Justin" isn't recorded.
"Rene" / "Renee" is the opposite -- both occur as girls' names, but boys only get "Rene"
