This was just stupidly confusing.

Women getting ahead with a cheating spouse. But this story, while following the previous chapter, wasn't written very well. Kudos to the actions of Samantha, but the whole thing seemed really rushed. I was going to give it 3 stars, but decided on 4 because at least you made a second chapter.
