Nice premise.

Better paced chapter.

But not a bit about his wife/her sister. Nobody thinks it's cheating? Nobody thinks it's inappropriate?

She never handles his balls.

He never does anything to/with her breasts? His tonguing ability never gets to be displayed/experienced anywhere but her feet?
