A cool premise. However, it felt rushed. There was a lot of room for much more to bring Stephanie to life. The story starts off with Stephanie's Mom and sister being set for life based on his willingness to change, but why was he so willing? Why were they so willing to.let him make this sacrifice? At the beginning of the story Steven sounds like he is doing the willing sacrifice to make sure they are set, but there is no motivation given for any of the actions any where? Why does the guy buy Stephanie's contract at the end? Was the development of nano tech to make pheremone production by obe person target to another specific person and vice versa already developed? Was it under development when the guy bought the contract? Who funded it? There is just a lot left.on the field here.
