Some of the best urban fantasy I've seen on here in awhile. It's like you took Takumi Yanai's GATE series, pulled it inside out and then made something substantially better out of it.

I'm currently working on chapter 5 – I'm trying to update on somewhat of a weekly schedule, but I have some busy weeks ahead and might need a little bit more (like two weeks between chapters) after chapter 5.

It is a little hard to say when on what day the chapters will be online, because the approval process on this site takes one or two days after I have submitted the work.

Very good, although I've never been in a Berlin apartment building that has an elevator! Well, obviously modern high rises do but not the typical tenement blocks that I guess we are supposed to imagine here.

Very good, a couple of typos but that is not symptomatic of bad writing at all in this case. You described the woman's body, I would also like you to describe his a bit more, that's probably in part 2 ;P
