I liked the story but there was no quotation marks around what the people were saying which made it hard to read

Don't take the other anonymous comments to heart. I wonder whether any of the authors have actually had the nerve to publish a story of their own. Wouldn't it be great to be able to snipe at their efforts. Anyway, I didn't find the lack of punctuation marks at all challenging and very much enjoyed the story.
