They are not really off to a good start. Sounds like she killed the romance and basically says she wants a booty call. So if he calls, its let get laid. If he doesnt then she moves on to the next guy. In any event they established they are not long term compatible but would be fine as fwb.

I respectfully disagree with anonymous. My take is that he was suggesting that she would not want a sexual component to the relationship and since he wanted one they should not start anything. Her reply was to make clear she wanted a sexual component as well but did not foreclose an entire relationship. You don’t have to be graphic but at least see if they can have a meaningful relationship late in their lives that happens to include sexual. Just a thought as it is your story not ours.
