Just one thing is sure about this story, that is that Sergeant Emery is totally unfit to be a police officer. What she does to Ashley, particularly with her pistol and nightstick, should earn her about ten thoroughly deserved years inside (and we all know what can happen to cops going to prison---that would be poetic justice).
