Chrissy telephoned on Sunday evening - just to let me know that she was back from Lincolnshire.

You’re a good observer of city life, but you kind of skim over the (embarrassing?) sex scenes. Excellence is in the details. Sounds, smells, tiny sights. How do Angela’s (with a G) breasts sway as their friend rocks her? Do her feet rise up in orgasm to embrace the cheeks of her lover? Details details details. Put us not just into the head of your protagonist, but give us clues to their heads too.
