One of the ways an editor, a beta reader, or a proofreader can assist is catching continuity slips, e.g. Mark snapped a leash on when he first collared her. Did he snap another leash to her collar at the end of the chapter? Highly doubtful. Just an FYI. Thank you for sharing your talents with us.

Very risqué behaviour! Fascinating fantasy.

As well as the “leash” continuity there was also another disparity, in ch1 you mentioned that she met him at 17 and that he had been her Master from age 18. Tricky to do if they only met when she was 18.

Well, very creative and imaginative start. I know that there are many chapters left to read in this story line but if the police were called and she was kept in jail overnight there might have been a very different ending.
