Nice kinky love story. The glitch at the start of chapter 2 is odd though, in it Mark the dodgy hypnotherapist was reminiscing about the early days of their relationship which involved that fateful trip to the Mall in an almost outfit ending in her auction to Joseph.

Was that a continuity error and you wanted to change the direction of the story to where it is now?
