Loved this. I was so much on the same wavelength that I imagined a very similar ending with the wife plotting the whole thing! I was 'surprised' that I thought of the same surprise ending!! - except that I added (in my mind) that the wife and Francis had a bet on whether Sissy would acquiesce to the point of allowing himself to be fucked. Francis handed over the money when she arrived, as Francis had bet against the sissy allowing him to go that far. So he lost the bet.
