I would like to suggest to incorporate some conflicts between characters within the relationships. I understand that Katie is a free agent and she is in total charge of everything in her life but this can become boring and predictable so if Katie can open her heart to some lovers and become somewhat vulnerable to feelings-who knows what life experiences we may read in future parts of Katie's life.

To nimrod: You may be statistically correct as to the typical breast size of women. But this is fantasy, and many, many men fantasize about big tits, the bigger the better, and how inadequate small breasts are. The stories that emphasize big-titted women are responding to this fantasy on the part of many of their readers. Same with big cocks.
