Stand for Love Ch. 09

Jake and Victoria were both fuming. Now they couldn't meet to see each other to plot. They'd never take such a big risk.

"And remember 5.am sharp." He commanded in a rasping tone, eyeing the both of them. "You might wanna sleep early because there's a big day ahead of you."

Adrian now stared at Jake with a mocking smile. "That's all. Now get out of here."

Jake glowered, cursed in his heart and left the room. Adrian was getting worse and he was slowly losing his cool. He had no idea for how long he'd remain calm. He couldn't wait for the day he'd find the evidence and deal with Adrian. It was gonna make a lasting impression and that was a promise Jake made.

"I think you might wanna take a shower, now." Adrian probed, smiling brightly at her glowering face. Seriously, he had no fear in him at all and he was gonna use her like a maid and even more.

"I know that." Victoria retorted. She then gave him a fake smile which he didn't like at all.

"Alright," Adrian said as he added speed to his room, heading for the door. "I guess it's good night."

What the fuck is good about this night, Victoria thought, hissing softly at Adrian.

"What was that?" Adrian turned.

Victoria put up a fake smile and said, "I said goodnight."

Adrian had heard her hiss but he pretended as if he didn't. The woman deserved everything she got and he didn't have any guilt about what he'd done at all. More was gonna come.

"Goodnight!"

Adrian smiled mockingly, touching the knob and opening the door. He quickly got out of the room and nodded his head.

"Fuck!" Victoria seethed, kicking the bed so hard.

"He's gonna pay," Victoria said softly, grabbing the sheets on the bed. "I'm gonna make him pay for this."

What Victoria felt was beyond anger and hatred. The word anger didn't even cover anything that she felt. She had this strong passion for revenge. She was gonna make him pay. Let her not find the CD or so help her God....

Victoria raised her face, burning with anger and passion to make Adrian pay. No one treated her like trash. She was still Victoria Miller, a well known woman of social status and high class life. Adrian had just stepped on a tiger's tail and that tiger was gonna snap and kill him. It won't be long now. Adrian will regret everything he's doing.

Adrian on the other hand was slowly walking towards his room, smiling and overexcited over what he had accomplished in just a day. He knew that Victoria and Jake were planning something against him. He also knew that he might be pushing them to their limits but that was what he wanted.

He knew they were gonna try and look for the CD but he was not gonna allow them to find it no matter what. They were actually planning something and trying to find the CD but what they had no idea of was that he was planning his second phase of the plan.

Adrian chuckled nervously, rubbing his hands together in excitement. His second phase of the plan lies with Victoria and Jake's passion. Then he was gonna expose them to his husband and the rest of the family.

The next day was coming and he couldn't wait for it to arrive. His plans were slowly coming into place. What was left was the grand finale. Victoria and Jake won't know what hit them. Let the game continue.

What does Adrian have in store for Victoria and Jake?
