Try harder, story has potential but too short. When did this site turn into nothing but a few paragraphs being called a story? That 750 word challenge contest really screwed up this whole site!

Very clever. Enjoyed it.

Reminded me of a story written by an old friend. The ending was "With that wonderful German beer!" It wasn't along the lines of "A visit from old St. Nick", but definitely had that reference to beer. The poem oddly enough was my personal turning point. The writing now 199 years old.

A very well turned out version using a favorite "tune". Enjoyed greatly.
