In reference to the comment claiming that my story is a ripoff of a film, I honestly have absolutely no clue what you're talking about. But PLEASE by all means, tell me what movie this rips off, I'd probably love to watch it.

For the record, I am willing to borrow elements from any book, film, or show that inspires me... but this particular story came entirely from my brain (and maybe subconscious elements from who-knows-where).

Also, I realize that it's shudder not shutter. A revised version is already in processing.

In my defense, I use a text-to-speach app to help me with proofreading (I listen to the story for mistakes in addition to normal proofreading). As a result, homonyms like shutter/shudder and no/know are more likely to slip past my notice than some other errors

But then I saw that yours was like a YEAR older! Haha. Yours is WAY higher rated, I know that. I need to check it out. I'm a little embarrasses of this story to begin with. It didn't age that great. This is so similar to a reoccurring dream I had that it's almost scary. haha.

I had a blast reading it. Super fun premise.

At first once over, I thought that Derick was a bit over the top in his ire towards Kelly, but she did hurt him first, and after a bit of thinking it over, he probably wasn't in the best mental state after being in there for so long, so I get the hot/cold treatment.

Kelly's reactions were super well done.
