Rose has a lot to learn but she seems willing. She needs to inflict as much pain and humiliation to her pig as possible while continuing to remember what he intended to do to her. Whipping him daily and keeping him hooked for days should help break his will. He deserves a life of service to his mistress.

Why, is my question? Why would you write such a story that plumbs the depths of human to human cruelty. What purpose does this serve?

I really enjoyed the first five parts of the story and hope that you continue as I'm looking forward to some of things that you have teased already. It is unfortunate (to be polite) that someone was offended by your story and that part one has been removed. Perhaps you can finish it as originally intended and publish it somewhere else. I was not bothered by the mutilation aspect and, obviously, others weren't either. If revising the story is an option for you, perhaps instead the penis can be shrunken and rendered permanently useless with no ability to ever get hard or ejaculate again. Men being forced to only have assgasms is pretty humiliating, too. I'm not sure if that will circumvent the rule violation, though. Whatever you decide to do, I hope it involves you continuing and finishing this story.
