All was great, but you should have left out truck and trailer stats. No way in any hell is a 1 ton dodge dually pulling anything over 20k pounds, much less a 150 foot, 75 ton load at 60 mph. You would need two semis, a massively modified trailer, a multi state police escort, permits for each state and the guy would not be able to afford the rig much less the haul on a cab driver pay

How does a cabbie have so many assets, property, vehicles etc, and how do two people during a bottle of wine and a bottle and a half of bourbon each in one night and be capable of driving the next day?

There's elements of the story that the writer left out, as for the alcohol, it is possible to drink that much and be able to drive. I think th assets aren't as imortant as the context of the story.
