It has been 2 years and 2 months since you started this story and there still is no story yet. When is that going to begin?

On the other hand we waited 7 months for you to return and in all that time the best you could conceive of was that a slave gets marched down the hall, placed in chains, and then gets staked out to a pillar. That's all. In 7 months. I guess that answers question 1.

This story is so slow after 7 chapters...I feel like I am stuck in quicksand and sinking slowly into nothing. Good god do you have to describe every rock in the place? You write well but come on its so slow and boring. I won't look for further chapters I kept hoping it would get better but Nooooooooooo
