Perhaps I didn't follow this story. It seems to be about a completely amoral man betraying his wife, his children, his marriage, his self-respect and himself for a series of quick fucks.

Sophisticated stuff! But fantastic if your IQ is below 80 and you don't think much. In that case don't get married or inflict yourself on anyone dumb enough to trust you.
