The whole storyline is good, if a bit predictable after reading some of your other stories. The repetitive mention of the "little fat ass" was a bit of a turn off for my wife when she read the story, and given the subconscious body insecurity of many women, you might reconsider your choice of adjectives going forward. A woman of the doctor's physical build might benefit from a "little firm ass" to go with her small tits and other body features mentioned. And yes, we read your exhibitiobist stories to get ideas for our own fun outside 😀.
