You are exactly the person I wrote this story for but you not only missed the point, you missed a lot of points.

Try reading it again and notice that she never did or was asked to do anything she didn't want to do. That's a common misconception that the D/s community has always had to deal with. She was bound and beaten because she wanted to be, it was completely consensual which tends to baffle people who wouldn't want to consent to it but it's an amazingly common desire. Maybe this will help you to understand, the last Kinsey report showed that 55% of the American population enjoyably incorporates spanking into their sex life at least occasionally. With over half the population enjoying spanking is it really hard to believe that a lot of people enjoy something a bit more intense but in the same venue?

Now notice how he felt about her, in particular how much he respected and admired her. This wasn't some goober slapping his wife around to get what he wants. It's an intelligent and affectionate man working his ass off to give a woman what she needs.

Now ask yourself what on earth makes you think that she's a doormat or a doormat to be? It takes an amazing amount of courage to be a submissive and most of the submissives that I have known are amazing people. Sure, some of them have mental health or substance abuse or self destruction issues, but a lot more run corporations, perform surgery or work in first response fields. To put it another way, do you really think that someone who has the guts to face a whip is going to lack the guts to leave an asshole? That's not how it works.

Last but not least let me share a secret with you. A male Dom D/s relationship is nothing but an old fashioned marriage taken to a minuscule extreme. The majority of the women who ever lived "belonged to" a man and were perfectly comfortable in that role. The difference in today's world is she gets to decide if that's what she wants but just as she can choose to run a business by day, she can also choose to let someone else make all the decisions after work. Unless of course she is a member of any of the hundreds of Orthodox religions practiced in this country. Marriage in those communities is still "he commands, she obeys." and no one seems to mind.

P.S. She could go crazy with a case of Smokies without a worry in the world since she has someone else looking after her well-being. He would have enjoyed watching her indulge then stopped her when enough became enough. That's a luxury I have never had but it sure does sound nice.

As a submissive, this story spoke deeply to me. Simply the best Dom perspective I have had the pleasure of reading on this site. I can only speak for myself but the title sums it up for me. This is the Dom I want!

I don’t get to submit all the way to my boyfriend/dom very often (we go to two different colleges and until this year we lived in dorms which means no personal space) but when I do this whole story sums up the experience so well. So this is too realistic because it makes me miss alone time with my dom.
