Power-dampening tech: Like most meta-humans, if Cisca is wearing power-dampening cuffs, she is unable to use her powers.

Cisca had the following equipment in the original multiverse;

Reverb glasses: After encountering her Earth-2 counterpart, Cisca obtained her version of the glasses and brought them to Earth-1. Wendy Stryker of Earth-2 later re-calibrated them, adjusting them to the frequency of Cisca's Earth and thus allowing Cisca to channel trans-dimensional energy and open breaches between different universes.

Vibe gauntlets: Cisca designed special gauntlets that she uses to help control her vibrational blasts and her interdimensional travel.

Vibe suit: Sometime after Nora restored the timeline she saw Cisca making gauntlets, with Cisca mentioning that the Gauntlets were for 'her suit'. Initially, the suit consisted of Cisca's ordinary clothing, the gauntlets, and the Vibe glasses. She used the suit to help Nora fight Ellen Clariss. When Cisca vibed Caitlin when she told Cisca she had meta-human powers similar to Killer Frost, Cisca was seen wearing the full completed suit, foreshadowing that she would eventually complete it. The suit seems to be made out of a leather-like material with a black, yellow, and red jacket, the pants of the suit couldn't be properly seen in the vision. The suit was eventually completed and was shown in exact detail as it was in the vision.

Cisca had the following former equipment;

Vibe glasses: After learning the nature of what triggers Cisca's vibes, Earth-2's Wendy Stryker designed special goggles that allow Cisca to access her vibes easily and for as long as she wishes. They first harnessed her brain waves to allow her to have clearer visions in the form of dreams. They are similar to Earth-2 Cisca's glasses, but they glowed green lights at the lenses instead of blue. By calibrating the glasses to the electromagnetic frequency of the dimensional plane they are located on, Cisca's powers are increased. These glasses were abandoned after they were found to be useless on other Earths and they were replaced with the Earth-2 version of the glasses.

Cisca had the following equipment in the new multiverse;

Mecha-Vibe suit: Cisca quickly whipped up a suit to help XS and Frost fight Eva McCulloch. It allowed her to shoot blasts were similar to her Vibe blasts and was powered by an energy source worn on her chest. However, the energy source stopped working after a short amount of time. The suit consists of her glasses, a black jacket, the aforementioned energy source, and bulky metal gauntlets. Despite losing power, the gauntlets proved to be highly effective against Eva's mirror duplicates, knocking them off balance.

Cisca had the following erased future equipment;

Prosthetic hands: When Nora ran from 2017 to 2024 in order to try to learn Khione's identity, she encountered a version of Cisca that had lost her hands in a fight with Killer Frost. Because of this, Cisca had a metallic pair of prosthetic hands that worked like her real hands, except for the fact that she could no longer use her powers. Due to Khione being erased from existence, the future has been changed and it's assumed that Cisca has avoided this fate.

Nora was on her knees, wearing her trademark purple and blue XS suit and her purple mask. The suit had the insignia XS logo on the chest. She popped Cisca's cock out of her mouth and smiled. She was a 56 year old caucasian woman with short, blonde hair, green eyes, was 5 feet 10 inches tall, 120 lbs, had a slim body, had natural 34B breasts, tattoos of Molecular diagram of MDMA (Ecstasy) on Left Upper Thigh, Crescent Moon With Face on Upper Back; Flowers Above Both Knees; "They Cant All Be Zingers" on Middle Back; Script On Inside Left Forearm, pierced nipple rings, a septum piercing, and a large 50 inch long cock, that was pierced through the head. She was known to subdue the mutants, metahumans, aliens, and even normal humans, by assfucking them.

As Wendy Stryker, Natalie Thawne had the following powers;

Genius-Level Intellect: Natalie was very smart, since she was able to determine that Lilo and Vicky were mutants.

Expert Scientist: Natalie has a keen intellect, since she was able to gained the different mutants' powers and abilities.

Skilled Leader: Natalie was very skilled at leadership, since she led Team Flash.

As Wendy Stryker, Natalie Thawne had the following abilities;

Genius-level intellect/Great business acumen/Master tactician/Leader: Natalie was considered a genius even in the more advanced era of the late 51st century, having learned astro-navigation in grade school, potentially making her more intelligent than all individuals of the early 21st century (besides Marlize DeVoe) she had displayed in-depth knowledge and understanding of time-traveling like the Time Masters. With this, she was able to effectively evade any encounters with a Time Wraith and confidently travel back over several thousand years to change the past with no fear of affecting her own future, as well as to give the Legends trouble balancing the timeline. Natalie was a great tactician, businessman, and leader, having personally founded S.T.A.R. Labs and ran it very successfully for 23 years and was able to effectively lead Team Flash and swiftly come up with plans to help Nora Snow-West defeat the meta-humans while simultaneously carrying several misdeeds to fulfill her own agenda and preventing them from figuring out that she was SlipStream for nearly a year. In addition, her mastery of contingency plans was also seen by how she had set in place the necessary tools to force everyone to go back into the pipeline, therefore; forcing Team Flash to still help her return to her time even after she had been defeated by Nora, Fiona and Firestorm. After rewriting reality with the Spear of Destiny, Natalie once again proved able to efficiently run S.T.A.R. Labs, becoming a prominent figure in the world of business. Natalie was proven to have great intelligence about the Speed Force and its usage. She had many times helped and guided Nora to use it better. She knew it had powers to create vacuums, move seamlessly pass through any solid target and was able to direct Nora on how to use the Speed Force to time travel. Natalie also had knowledge relating to mystical artifacts. She knew that the Askaran Amulet was a Judeo-Christian artifact which acted like a compass for the Spear of Destiny as well as knew the object's divine capabilities. She even related some knowledge of the Fasces Axe which Damien Darhk was purchasing. She also revealed she knew about time remnants, when she went up against the Legends. Her knowledge and understanding about the Speed Force seemed to be among the greatest (if not the greatest) among the speedsters due to her being from the future. Natalie was among the most intelligent individuals in the multiverse and the most intelligent individual on Earth-1.

Medical knowledge: Although never explicitly stated to excel in the medical field, Natalie was still a good enough of a medic to perform complex surgeries, as she was put in charge of transplanting SuperMaid's healthy heart into OverMaid.

Computer specialist/Skilled computer hacker: Natalie was a skilled computer hacker, being able to hack into the radio signals of multiple cars in order to destroy Hailey Rathaway's weapons.

Master scientist: Having learned astro-navigation in grade school and dedicated her life to learning the secrets of the Speed Force, Natalie was a vastly knowledgeable, resourceful and ingenious scientist, specializing in various fields of science. Throughout her life, Natalie had been a genius professor, especially a physicist, from the advanced 51st century, and when stuck in the 21st century as Wendy Stryker, while running S.T.A.R Labs, she was able to effectively acted as one of the greatest scientific leaders of that time and made great advancement to multiple scientific fields. She had a superb knowledge of meta-human biochemistry and molecular structure, creating a biomolecular enhancer. When given the formula of Velocity 9, Natalie was able to quickly identify a way to disable the artificial speed. This may all be because she's from the 51st century. Her greatest feat of science was her successful replication of the Flash's accident and Killer Frost's experiment to replicate her former idol/future archenemies' father's and best friend's powers for herself and she even created her own method of being a speedster and time travel by tapping into the Negative Speed Force, a force leeching power from the Speed Force and fueled by negative emotions and negative tachyons, in order to be a speedster yet be undetectable by XS, as well as a means to be protected from her existence being erased from her ancestor's death.

Master of deception/Manipulator: Natalie was highly accomplished at deceiving people, as she was able to work closely with Team Flash for months as Wendy Stryker without them knowing who she really was and even deceive those close who had known the real Wendy Stryker, all but Tina McGee. She was also an excellent manipulator, as she managed to effortlessly manipulate Tammy Woodward and Hazelle Bates respectively into helping her. She even manipulated Nora Snow-West into trusting her, telling Nora to help punch Devoe's satellite in order to manipulate the timeline and create a Cicada that Team Flash could defeat in order to destroy Cicada's dagger which was dampening her powers in the future, thus freeing her.

Master engineer: Natalie was highly proficient in the art of engineering due to her consummate knowledge of futuristic technology from 51st century, as she successfully created and modified the particle accelerator with only the resources of the 21st century, recreated the tachyon device into a quantum splicer with Cisca's help and was able to create the ring that contains her suit, the Time Vault, anti-speedster guns, and the appearance-stealing cord, which she managed to modify to be nonlethal to the person whose appearance is being mimicked, allowing her to keep Lily Stein alive. Natalie, while serving as a SS General on Earth-X, even designed and constructed the Wellenreiter mostly on her own.

Multilingual: Natalie was capable of fluently speaking English and Latin. She can also read and write in the time language.

As Wendy Stryker, Natalie Thawne had the following former equipment;

Gideon: Natalie used Gideon, an advanced artificial intelligence created by Barry Allen; to aid her during her travels through time and when monitoring the timeline.

Tachyon device: After Natalie's connection to the Speed Force began fluctuating, she stole this device from Mercury Labs, using it with the intentions to get faster and stabilize her fluctuating Speed Force connection for longer durations. But once the effects of this device could no longer help her, she converted it into a Quantum splicer for Firestorm.

Wheelchair: After the particle accelerator exploded, Natalie pretended that she became paralyzed in her legs to hide her identity from the team. In addition, a device was stored on the underside of the wheelchair that was charging her super speed which Cisca Ramon eventually discovers. After her identity was revealed to Team Flash, Natalie abandoned this wheelchair which is currently in S.T.A.R. Labs, although she temporarily used it again in S.T.A.R. Labs, possibly for sentimental reasons after re-appearing on Earth-X.

Natalie was thinking about the future before she and Nora became enemies. They weren't just friends. They were lovers.

In the year 5673....................................................................

Nora and Natalie were both lying in bed together. Nora was wearing her pink bra and panties while Natalie was wearing her green bra and panties.

Natalie smiled. "I can't believe it has been so long since we first met," she said. "I love you so much, baby."

Nora smiled and nodded. The two girls then looked into each other's eyes and kissed. As they kissed each other, they began to remove each other's bras and panties. Nora and Natalie were in bed together, completely naked. Nora was biologically 18 years old. Natalie was biologically a 20 year old caucasian girl with long blonde hair, green eyes, was 5 feet 3 inches tall, 99 lbs, had a slim body, had enhanced 33D breasts, no tattoos or piercings, and a 11.5 inch long dick. The two speedsters were in fact lovers at that point in time.

Natalie had the the following powers;

Speed Force-Negative Speed Force connection/Meta-human physiology: Replicating the circumstances behind the Flash's powers, Natalie gained access to the Speed Force. But sometime later, she created her own negative version of the Speed Force and became connected to it as well, thus; her physiology has been greatly augmented to beyond peak human performance, letting her handle extreme physical exertion and performance. Her connection to both the Speed Force and Negative Speed Force grant her the power to not only sense XS and other speedsters connected to the Speed Force, but she can also remain undetected; such as why XS could never anticipate her nemesis' arrival and time manipulations. However, after Natalie's death in the crisis, she turned into negative tachyons and could only tap into the Negative Speed Force if she had a willing host body. As the Speed Force made her whole once again, her connection to her Negative Speed Force remains intact and she doesn't need a host anymore. As a speedster, Natalie is one of the most powerful beings in the entire multiverse. But after Nora severed Natalie's connection to the Negative Speed Force; she no longer possesses any powers as she is now just a normal human. Another version of Thawne lost her speed as well after being stripped of her powers by the Time Wraiths, leaving her with no speed whatsoever.

Accelerated healing factor: The Speed Force in someone's blood gives it regenerative properties. Natalie's body heals much faster and more efficiently than normal humans. Her wounds from being attacked were completely gone without a trace afterwards, which she covered up by isolating herself to avoid speculation of any kind. After being viciously pummeled by the XS of 2020 twice, she is able to recover as if she had never been hurt.

Superhuman longevity: Due to Natalie's accelerating healing factor; she ages much slower than normal humans. Despite having spent nearly 30 years in the past, her appearance and performance remains the same as ever (albeit the alterations from stealing Wendy Stryker's form may have contributed to it) while Natalie was stuck in Iron Heights Prison in the future, her hair started to turn gray over a period of 15 years; as a result of her aging naturally. However, when Cicada's dagger was destroyed in the past and Natalie regained her powers, her hair turned back to it's original blonde color.

Bodily vibration: Natalie has the ability to vibrate any part of her body at different frequencies on command, with varying effects. When done, this is seen as a haze that normal people can't perceive clearly. It can also garble her voice into a deep growl to disguise. By vibrating rapidly, Natalie was able to reverse her modified appearance-stealing cord's effects, which the device could also do for her with a push of a button.

Intangibility: Natalie can seamlessly phase her arm through an individual, killing them instantly without outwardly damaging them. By vibrating the cells in her body, Natalie can pass through other individuals or objects unharmed. As Cisca Ramon remembered her own death at Natalie's hands, Cisca described Natalie as having crushed the heart with her fist, performing this same technique on Many Bridge in 2015 and Riley Tyler in 1942. This power appears to have damaging effects on electrical equipment; as it shorted out Mary's computer.

Electrokinesis: Natalie can produce powerful red and yellow electricity from her body. The intensity of her lightning is so great that the moment she arrived at the stadium for Nora's first fight with her, the electrical lights and video screens around it started glitching and flashing. Natalie is also capable of making her eyes glow bright red, which most likely is another effect of her electrokinesis. From a stationary position, Natalie can generate a continuous stream of lightning to launch at a target. She can also generate various constructs to be used in battle, such as swords, as well as throw lightning.

Superhuman durability: Natalie's durability is well-above that of normal humans, as she is able to endure attacks and exertions much quicker than normal and survive impacts that would be fatal or at least permanently disabling to normal humans. In 2022, she was able to both withstand and quickly recover from pyrokinetic blasts from Firestorm on multiple occasions, being shot with multiple arrows, and being pummeled by XS's enhanced strength and momentum. During her fight with XS, Firestorm and BlackStar, she also hardly fazed after falling from a building to land from several stories up unfazed by moving at super speed at the same time. After being smacked by the Kryptonian Supergirl, Natalie was able to stand up without struggle seconds later. She is also able to withstand the brutal, frequently occurring punishments she receives in her Iron Heights cell.

Superhuman mental process: Natalie's powers also make her system and thought processing able to take in and retain information just as fast and efficiently. Even while using her raw speed, she can clearly think, react to events, and perform actions long before normal humans can perceive them.

Accelerated perception: Natalie's speed also extends to her senses and mental capacities. She can take in information and process it at much faster rates than a normal human, as well as see and hear clearly when moving at super-speed. This ability allows Natalie to see the world as if it is in slow motion, which, combined with her physical speed, lets her perform thoughts and actions long before a normal human around her could even perceive them. When Nora was running at Mach 2, Natalie was able to follow these movements with ease, and does this again when Nora travels to the past under her guidance.

Superhuman speed: Natalie is able to move at levels of speed well above Mach 2.2, easily outpacing Nora Snow-West's limit during 2021-2022. Using this speed, she can easily move on vertical structures and ceilings. Nora said that Natalie is so fast that she could kill everyone in the police precinct in seconds, describing her as "somebody that even I can't keep up with". Natalie's tremendous speed was later revealed to be greatly influenced by tachyon particles in her body. As revealed by Caitlin Snow, this allows Natalie to with each stride her feet spend less time on the ground, thus; propelling her forward much faster, similar to Ashley Zolomon with the Velocity serums. Later, after somehow returning from erasure, her speed also somehow increased considerably, able to keep up with XS of 2020 who was described as the fastest speedster ever. However, Natalie also stated that her speed was equal to XS of 5673's speed, so it's also possible that she simply realized that Nora had reached that potential and ran using the full extent of her speed. Natalie has stated that she is even faster than Superman. Although Natalie was still exceptionally fast after the Speed Force made her whole once again, her speed proved to be inferior to that of Nora, who had finally surpassed her former mentor in terms of physical speed.
