Anything to add? Maybe Mark and Rob characters could benefit from a bit more color; adding other perspectives to the plot. However, RL does have it rough edges. And the story as it is feels perfectly authentic as a one person (Em) perspective narrative. Meaning characters farther away from her interactions naturally fade into the background. Moreover, Ems emotional ups and downs are more dominant as they are not smoothed over by "objective observer" or 3rd party narratives.
