The entire concept is monstrous, there isn’t enough in the storyline about escaping, only the occasional mention of escaping is a veneer to cover what under other circumstances would be erotic.
I don’t understand why the author is continually insulting everyone’s intelligence by persisting in calling any of this BDSM.
Clearly some people enjoy this type of story, ‘Dark Erotica’, after all it is well written and presented. I’ve read dark erotica before the key is to attain the right balance, when presenting dark erotica it’s clearly stating that there is a genuine plot line as opposed to random drivel in between sex scenes. For DE the onus is on the plot it needs to make sense, progress and be resolved, the story doesn’t work if the plot iis just a distraction between sex scenes.

Your writing is good, but you messed up on one point. The idea that you can tease a guy and make him horny enough to enjoy blowing a guy, is absolutely preposterous. Now, you may tease a guy until he's half-crazed, and you may even force him to suck cocks, but he will NEVER, EVER enjoy something that is repulsive and repugnant to him.
If that were possible, then the thousands of females that give guys blue balls every weekend, would be 'minting' thousands of new, happy cocksuckers.
