Your subtitle "Divorced teacher, reluctant young neighbor" is wrong. There is no RELUCTANT neighbor. You start with the guy wanting the neighbors, then you switch to one of the neighbors perspective. That might not have been bad except you throw in that her sibling already had sex with him and had been videotaped. Then you find out that she wants him. This story is confusing. Do you want to create a romantic story or an erotic coupling or group sex? Edit your story before submitting. You'll see what I mean.
