If you're going to write stories like this please learn some basic human anatomy, especially the female reproductive system.

Since there's nothing to indicate any fundamental changes to your character's body the eggs in the fallopian tubes would be impossible since they're bigger than the tubes. If they were small enough to be inserted (which I highly doubt) you're describing an ectopic pregnancy which can kill people.

Also plugging up her ass is going to kill her when she goes septic from not being able to shit.
