Not enough details on the surgery. Did they cut off his nuts, facial work, penis surgery? What did they do? Also, the reaction to such non consensual work would be extreme anger, depression, revenge. His reaction so far has been pretty non emotional.

Excellent story! I think it ended a little early, it would be interesting to see how Sam adapts. But regardless, a fun read, bravo
