That was a “white hat” story. The “Duke” would have been perfect as Jase. Nice story.

I couldn't read past the first two paragraphs. The shifting time line is not clear. Random words are capitalized. There are commas placed incorrectly and confusingly. Such a terrible start does not bode well for the rest of the story.
