I'm already thinking ahead and wanting to hear about hormones and laser treatments to permantely remove all that unwanted body and facial hair. Susan is the only name she is addressed by from now on. Maybe a nice white wedding dress and ceremony for Susan is coming up. Hope she is already wearing her engagement and wedding rings - the guest would notice if they are missing!
