Sorry to read about your dilemma, you should have let her leave. You've lowered yourself willing to a very unhealthy level. It's only a matter of time before all that urine and fecal matter causes organ failure and you end up on dialysis. It's NOT worth it to stay in this toxic relationship. 2 Stars

As it’s your first story I’ll limit myself to two comments.

1. It’s very staccato and reads like a list you were desperate to finish.

2. The majority of the paragraphs are far too long. It’s very difficult to hold a readers attention when faced by a large block of text. Unless it’s a really good story. I would suggest next time try writing with a maximum of 100 words in a paragraph.

Keep going. It’s the only way to improve. I know that from experience.
