When the neighbor woman flirts enough to make a man cheat, she's the one who is at fault for making it happen.

I think he needs to find a good lawyer and draw up divorce papers. This will not die. It will keep coming up again and again until he can't be happy or relaxed. He needs to get away from the now happy duet of his wife and the tricky neighbor woman. Don't let them cuckold him. He needs to take a vacation from them both to figure out what his own future holds. They are using him. He needs to get away, seriously.
