All Comments on 'Under the Flower of Columbine'

A nice story of the dynamic relationship between friends… but the title really throws off the expectations of the reader, especially those of us in the USA. The word Columbine has such a strong negative meaning, which I suspect you were unaware… but even so, not even a mention of the flower, so I’m not sure how you came up with the title. Other than that, I liked your story!!

Ah I'm referring to columbine the flower due to one of its meanings being cuckoldry, this is actually the first chapter of my story so later there would be flower related etymology later in the story as a British person I definitely wasn't trying to elude to the American school shooting incident oops. Regardless I'm very happy you enjoyed my story!

I like the story, but as an American I was very much expecting a different kind of story with that title.
