Truck drivers in India have high rates of STDs since they often fuck hookers while travelling. Also she could easily call cops on highway during day time to help her out. Many other travel options exists too. Very unrealistic story....

I like your story very much. Don't get disheartened by negative comments - some people can't really taste an erotic story keep searching for hard core realism. But in my view your story is very good. Keep writing.
