This story is bordering on the unbelievable. You might say it's writing stories without a literary license. *grins* Well why not, we're supposed to be creative, aren't we?

The doctor constantly referring to the patient as 'bitch' is what killed it for me. Maybe if there was a true medical reason for him needing to take over the examination from the nurse? Don't be so severe on your characters, a little loving never hurt, even in the same context.
