I enjoyed reading this story. It was well written. I have to admit the curve ball at the end of the story where Bonnie and Ron get back together is a real 'head-scratcher'. Based on Bonnie's 'we have to talk' conversation with Ron the next day at the cabin - I just don't see them reconciling. During their entire talk: Bonnie takes no responsibility for her actions - at best she is a victim - she is beautiful, attractive, & bored with a young, good looking Nick in relentless pursuit of her vs. Ron who has 'slowed down sexually'. She never admits what she did was 'wrong' & never comes close to asking for forgiveness. - instead her betrayal was a 'mistake'. A 'mistake' is a one time occurrence - vs. Bonnie was on her 3rd two-night conference fu..fest and if she had not been caught - there is no indication (nor guilt) that she was not going to continue with Nick indefinitely. From her video performance at dinner she obviously enjoyed screwing around with Nick as much as he did. Taking all that into account, I just don't believe Ron would ever get back with Bonnie
Well written like all of your stories. I truly don’t care for the reconciliation. It doesn’t feel earned.
3 Stars from GW on this one . Every guy takes back their cheating wife and lives happy ever after . NOT . This tells Casey to become a cheater like her Mom and everything will be OK .
