2nd half part one ended yesterday with the ending of, to be continued if there is interest and yet today, part 2 arrives with the same CRAPPY ending. It is painfully obvious that this author is looking to be stroked soooooooo.

this reader, at least, could care less for details of Jeremy's sex life. He is a fool and (more to the point) a lawyer. If you feel a need to slip in some more sex, do it with Janet or even the hotel clerk. But Jeremy? Secondly, Mark ran away for years and years and suddenly came back. They have been together fucking up a storm for nearly a week but as yet he has not even hinted at an apology, or even tried for an explanation. He total disrespect for her or lack of contrition for any hurt he might have contributed to her life belies what he thinks and says is his love for her. He is as piggish and self-absorbed as his brother. I enjoyed reading this sory until these last two chapters appeared.

I'm enjoying this story. Please continue. I'm hoping Mark & Janet get back together permanently.

Please keep going, I love the story for reasons I stated before. Ignore the comments for readers who don't understand the love these two people have for each other. As for Jeremy and Emma I liked the softening of their relationship. It will let Jeremy execpt Janet into the family. Thanks I can't wait for more.

I just love people who can't comment on a story without trashing the rights of others to have a different opinion.

It feels like a reconsiliation story, but something feels wrong. Are we about to find out that addage, "once a cheat, always a cheat", is about to be proven true?

Finished, they're back together and anything more would be just so much dribble-drabble, on again, off again sex.

Emma will handle Jeremy and Hilda will get over her doubting of Marks' intent. They were always in love!

Start a new story, this one is done - and good!

You have left several loose ends. Reconciliation is great, there has already been years of consequences for a hasty action. So....time to finish up the story.

I had to hit the snooze alarm two times. Finish it before it becomes a cheap sex novel that put us to sleep.

and they lived happily ever after. Only just before that they won the Powerball lottery and became buzzillionaires. They used their money to build a time machine and went back to the first time they met in the parking lot (only they were an hour early to get in position.) They were so excited to be right where it all began that they didn't see the runaway cement truck careening out of control toward them. Both were killed instantly - and many a readers suffering was ended.

And while parts of your story were good, I felt like you went on and on and on. Maybe a good editor? And I'm not convinced that after 9 years they would get back together. Too much water under the bridge to use an old cliche.

The must both have OCD. You can't love someone that would tie you down and force you to watch someone fuck your wife. That isn't love it is mental illness. Love is caring about another's well being. There was none of that in her actions. He screwed up, but he didn't try to hurt his wife. She is a sick person. He on the other hand should have stuck with the LA lady. She was cool. Going back to Nashville was a mistake and stupid. Forgiveness is good for the forgiver, reconciliation is going backwards and not good for the offended party. Boring as Hell.

The mistakes simply overwhelm the story. And what the heck does his brother's perverted little sex life have to do with the story besides as a vehicle to make it drag on longer? Truly awful.

Almost like there are two different stories. The second half somehow forgets almost entirely what transpired in the first half. Their reconciliation is immediate. They are immediately back in romantic love as if they never had 9.5 years apart, and yes there are some cute moments and some interesting bits but mostly seems an excuse for sex scenes in the second half. They don't talk about crap. And she is still bitter he abandoned her. She needs a shrink. Yes he was a douchebag and cheated on her, and in many marriages that would merit a divorce as he never confessed. And yes he wasn't drunk with Jill, she was but he couldn't say no when she was grabbing his ass and crotch while fixing the toilet. So yes she cheated first and had a bad history with her first husband and sought revenge in a manner similar to what she did to her first husband. But for pity's sake, her reaction and setup with Steve was way overboard. There is a difference between punishment and premeditated torture. .she did the latter. How would she NOT think that could lead to abandonment / running away. In fact there worse options like physical violence. If my wife of many years pulled that "stunt" because she thought or was told I cheated on her, I would struggle with that chair and straps so much that I would rip muscles and tendons, make myself bleled and convulse and try to break the chair against the wall. And if I got out Steve the accomplice would be in a hospital. But more likely I would strain and injure myself so bad that my vengeance seeking wife would have to call an ambulance to save my life. Seriously. Mark deserved payback of some type. Or a divorce. Buy what he experienced was pure torture. And she killed their marriage though he in turn blamed himself for pushing her into it, which is actually flawed reasoning. Like he said, if she asked him to leave and sought a divorce, he felt so guilty that he would just give her the marital assets. He never got thr chance. She stewed and plotted for weeks after Jill's confession (Jill is a freaking Jezebel and homewrecking bitch btw) and laid out her plan and scripted the while night. She went waaaay beyond.
