Agree with the previous comment; shock!

Ended a little too quickly for my tastes. You're good for a story that makes some sense and gives a little closure at some point. This one was kind of rushed and we can't see where the characters find the connections in their lives. Strangely enough I wouldn't mind hearing more (Anna survives, still had the baby-miracle birth or something like that-and was gunned down a second time by Ethel in the distant future, yada yada yada). That and maybe Jack making something of himself finally. Still I like your work but this one is a miss instead of a hit.
