Of course now if it was real he would be wondering if she is going to step outside of the relationship.

What a completely shitty RAAC story! And a wimpy cuckold story! Not worth reading or rating.

Conflicted about the ending

Great story! The premise and the POV were different and fresh (at least from the stories i've read so far).

On one hand, i thought Sue got off REAL light. Why would Jerry or Bill trust her? Why not expect her to try later and just keep it secret?

The revelation that they're brother/sister makes it believable. A loving, smart, and wise family would know that taking a hammer to her skull had the desired effect; that she was honest in her response.

Well done.

Dlh143 - NOW YOU KNOW HOW PEOPLE FEEL ABOUT YOUR COMMENTS - definitely not worth reading and with that . . . .

I don't read many stories more than once. Some I've read twice and a very select few I've read more than twice. This is one of those stories. I love this story and never tire of it. HDK says it perfectly and completely.

AnonymousAnonymousabout 3 years ago

why oh why didn't he divorce. At least startle divorce and make her feel some pain.

Regguy69Regguy69about 3 years ago

Oldie but a goody. Reread this again. HDK nails down the whole outside lover thing. I still laugh each time I read the last line!

AnonymousAnonymousalmost 3 years ago

A very succinct story about the dangers of being selfish and feeling entitled . Many products of the mass media seem to be made with the intention to instill the feeling of self-entitledness in certain target groups.

HDK tells us here how somebody feeling entitled can fall on the ass, if the people in this person's social surrounding aren't as stupid as the dumbed down personage of some silly TV-show.

jneric2691jneric2691almost 3 years ago

Great story!😁🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

AnonymousAnonymousalmost 3 years ago

This was a very foolish premise with an even worse ending. Anyone who would disrespect you so completely and absolutely by telling you they're taking a lover can't be forgiven. Its saying you don't matter in a marriage. Moreover anyone who can't stand up for themselves when they're told this doesn't deserve a faithful wife. You are owed nothing in this world. Not even respect. It has to be earned and at times taken. If the husband is such a wimp to just accept such a situation he deserves to be cheated on

One of the best speeches to an almost cheating wives that I’ve read in LW. A classic.

The last 2 lines made me laugh... Wasn't expecting that twist... Brilliant story, the unique foundation of the story can tear down the strongest relationships in mere seconds... Loved the phone calls... Easily 5 Stars...

AnonymousAnonymousalmost 3 years ago

So she recants. Then he starts to think about it. Why did she want this? Is there something wrong with me? Is she going to do it behind my back? I have to watch her now. Do I want to?

Maybe I ought to try Karen out. Have her tell me if I still measure up.

So she cut his balls off, created doubt about their marriage, made him suspicious of her and opened her self up to reprisal. And if he is as described he stands a much better chance than she does of trading up.

Friends that we need. There were many claimed to be friends rather than correcting their friend's way when they deviated but rather not intervene and let them go astray, the 'their problem not mine' mindset

Should divorce anyway! She chose against her husband. Doesn’t matter that she decided not to go through with it. That’s still massive disrespect. If he keeps her, he has to worry about it for the rest of his life.

AnonymousAnonymousover 1 year ago

I'm not sure about divorce, but a separation is warranted. Plus maybe he should lose a little weight? Sue needs to know what it'd be like if she's divorced. Otherwise, the story wasn't all that, def not what I expected. Too much BS. I've liked other stories from this author, but oh, no, not this. 2 stars Bob

inka2222inka222212 months ago

Meh. 3 stars for the humor, but honestly it deserved 2 stars for implication that Jerry will keep the inconsiderate, unempathetic unloving POS woman, instead of getting a divorce, regardless of whether she took a fucktoy or not.

Plus, the garbage trope of "oh I love her so much I'm willing to be a cuck". Almost no normal man is that dumb.

One small nit to pick….when she told Bill she wouldn’t choose him (before we found out they were siblings) he should have said he wouldn’t fuck her diseased pussy with triple condoms as long as she was going to fuck any swinging dick that came along. ;-)

Great story, most people don't realize what they have until it's to late. The grass isn't necessarily greener someplace else, other people just might think that the grass in your yard is a whole lotta green. 5 green stars.

AnonymousAnonymous9 months ago

Realize that this is just a story. But, if my wife even broached the subject. Trust would go to zero.

AnonymousAnonymous8 months ago

A story every bored wife should read. The greener grass soon withers and turns brown. Sure a younger single guy can spend all his time pleasing the wife but when she sees what she's losing only a total fool would travel down that road..

AnonymousAnonymous4 months ago

"I see. You logic seems to be impeccable, Mary. I like the way you face any possible problems and head them off before they get out of hand," I agreed."

===> Dialog and word play was amazing. Lol. Btw some commenters take this story too seriously. Meant to be a farce. Nice twist at the end. All of Bill's arguments were sound. Of course in real life, even asking / making the request damages the marriage. Even if recoverable, the fallout is not simple.and would take time and effort to heal, and there is always the chance that the marriage has been poisoned such that it eventually deteriorates or dies. But that wasn't the point of this story. Bill as a close friend to Jerry and a brother to Sue was at a nexus point where, with an assist from his wife and the widow Karen, could exert significant influence on their marriage. Wish more family members / close friends would do this when they knew someone they loved or a close friend was about to fall. The insipid acceptance or keeping quiet at a pivotal juncture is disappointing and all too common. Kudos to Jerry to at least talk about it. Note Sue was genuinely shocked about the divorce talk, not angry, shocked. And then Mary put the ball on the field and let Karen run with it and terrify Sue. Again in their first long phone call, all of Bill's reasoning about marriage and the challenges was dead on. Sue wasn't ready to here it as she felt miserable and unappreciated. Feeling neglected, unwanted, or ignored is the main reason (in real life) that married women cheat after the first two years.

AnonymousAnonymous3 months ago

hilarious story, but there's still a lot of emotional trauma that she has to make up for. Plus how does he know she hasn't already taken someone for a test drive? I think he should give Karen a test drive, she sounds like a better wife imo.

HILARIOUS, but hubby deserves better. Karen's a much better fit imo.

Wait a minute, Bill was her brother!? Why the fuck didn't he just say something like, "alright listen here and listen good, you stupid, selfish, narcissistic slut. If you go through with this insanity not only will you lose your husband, your friends, and probably your job, since everyone in town will know - believe me, we will make sure and never let you live it down - that you are nothing but a fucking slut. Additionally, I will no longer be your brother. For all intents and purposes you will be dead to me. As for your nieces and nephews (assume they have kids), forget about ever seeing them again. I will not expose them to such a horrible influence. If there is any sanity left in that fucked up head of yours, I strongly suggest you take some time to think about your actions and the sheer destruction your selfish choices will bring about should go through with this madness. Call me back in one hour to let me know that you've made the right decision. Or never contact me again." *hangs up phone*

Mary seems like the best actual loving wife. Bill lucked out on that one.
