Does it really need to be spelled out for you every single line? The story is universal, about trust (or lack of) in a relationship. The fact one character is black and the other white shouldn't be newsworthy. Actions, reactions, emotions and characteristics, intricate or otherwise, are synonymous with being human. Or should the characters be 1D and stereotypically portrayed, just for you?
Great update!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brianna does have trust issues, but I wonder what Xavier would do if Brianna did some of the things he does (not intentionally) like coming home late, getting calls at odd hours, which could and looks to be legit on Xavier's end, but what would he do? In the prior chapter Brianna brought this up to him about the coming home late thing and he instantly got an attitude. What a hypocrite, lol! I like him, but sometimes men and women can be total block heads. They expect one thing from their partner and if the roles where reversed they would go off.
Now should Xavier cut back on his hours? No. But he could call squeeze in a few calls. And Brianna needs to trust him and focus on her career or something.
I really like this story, I can't wait for more. It's cool reading stories on the trust issues and what happens to couples after falling in love. I hope you keep going.
Please post more soon :D
So is Brianna Black? Has Xavier done anything besides working late to cause her mistrust? Or is Bri just being stupid because she will lose her man if she doesn't get it together. Why is Shorna calling him on a weekend? Shorna bears watching.
This story is not based on who is black or white just because its in the interracial section. I don't think I need to explain it in a sentence that Xavier or Brianna is either black, white, Chinese, Haitian or whatever the case maybe. Use your imagination.
And sorry for the late posting of my next chapter, it will be coming soon. This happens when you don't have a reliable editor and you have to end up doing it myself.
