We would greatly appreciate comments as well as votes, the acceptance of this story is not in line with others we have written, could it be the subject matter or is it the style, anything to let us know why it is not accepted as others we have submitted?

RE: "the acceptance of this story is not in line with others" + "let us know why". Probably because of "1 comments/ 46 views/ 0 favorites" as of 7:30 AM(CDT) 9/9/2012. Why so few views? One possible answer: you posted on 9/8/2012, but it didn't show up for us to see until 9/9/2012. Why do I say this? Answer:

[1] At 10:30 AM(CDT) 9/8/2012 there were NO new BDSM stories [dated 9/8/2012] visible on "BDSM Stories Hub"

[2] At 10:30 AM(CDT) 9/8/2012 there were NO new BDSM stories [dated 9/8/2012] visible on "New Stories (Stories submitted in the last 7 days.)"

[3] At 7:30 AM(CDT) 9/9/2012 there were ****4**** new BDSM stories [dated 9/8/2012] visible on BOTH "BDSM Stories Hub" and "New Stories"

[4] Looking at the other 3 BDSM stories yields views of 60, 54, and 50 compared to your 46. The descending values for views? -- Placement in the lists; anyone who's been reading here for more than a couple years has noticed that the more recent the posting, the higher on the list it is. And because stories are sometimes pulled by the mods, experienced readers will start from the bottom and work up.

[5] For comparison, BDSM stories 'posted' 9/9/2012 yields views of 38 and 26. That's in line with my 'experienced reader' theory, BTW.

In short, Lit told you it's posted on 9/8/2012, your story is labeled as 9/8/2012, but we haven't seen it until 9/9/2012. Tomorrow [9/10/2012] your numbers for "comments/ views/ favorites" should be more in line with your 'posted for 24 hours' figures/experience.
