As a responsible person, you need to alao be aware when you are describing extremely unsafe sex practices. Your characters have NO discussion of, NOR enact any preparation before engaging in anal sex. The practices you have portrayed as seemingly normal transgender-transgender sex is highly dangerous from a health perspective.
You have likely heard of typhoid, cholera, dissentary, just to name a few. They have all been caused/spread by lack of adequate waste disposal, in the past, and in the present, in under-developed countries. Humans CANNOT consume their waste without disasterous results.
You really need to consider this. There are no age restrictions to viewing Lit stories. How would you like to be responsible for illness or death because someone read your work and considered these practices safe?
I'm not hating on you, just asking you to think about your actions, and the potential consequences.
