I quite like this story, it has promise. I agree with the comment about the editor, you could do with tidying up the tense a little bit but even with the few wee mistakes it's still quite enjoyable.

An interesting story concept you could use an editor and the section where she is having a dream with her soul mate is a bit confusing but not to bad at least it was explained pretty well.
