All Comments on 'A Change of Scenery'

I enjoy reading about Captain Barone's escapades. The glimpses of background meted out seem to give way to something bigger with each new story. This was the only one with actual sex and simultaneously the most exposed he's been emotionally. I can't figure out if it's all just a (well-written)vehicle for the fetish or if there's some grand plan to his character development. Is Jade the one that got away, a tease of future romantic potential? Is he capable of more? Are these questions beyond the scope of an ENF serial?
