Silvia stopped talking as if exhausted. A weight had been lifted that she had been carrying for far too long. Lovie looked at her with an understanding that made her feel safe. Reluctant to speak but knowing the session was coming to an end, Lovie spoke.
"It appears we are off to a great start Silvia. It took courage to share something that personal and that provocative. Clearly Rod touched you in ways he understood even when you did not. That is not an easy thing to move on from. Our session is ending but I look forward to our next visit. I would like you to do just a bit of homework before we meet again.
