Its his brother. She will pass the test somewhat. A better way to test is someone not his brother. I do feel he needs to tell her how he doesnt like her teasing etc. also say he heard about how she dressed for the brother.

I say from now on he hires some old out of shape kady to feed the cattle when he is away and limit visits of his brother and never leave them alone together.

Well that one ended with a whimper. I'm left asking, "what's the point?"
