Loving the interactions between Dave and his kids plus Chris. True father for them all and you can read the love between them. True talent in writing for that. Keep up the great work dude!!

Pace seemed bogged down with mundane minutiae. I’m assuming the Gettysburg trip will eventually become an essential plot point- or what’s the purpose?

Still enjoyable, though.

I just reading the whole series {.so far} and really enjoyed it. As usual, because there are a lot of really good writers here. I also like the longer stories whether long chapters or lots of chapters.
