Thank you for your kind words, Jackiemichelle. Never fear, I intend to complete this eldritch tale in a hopefully satisfying manner, but I've been somewhat buried under other commitments. As mentioned earlier on my profile page, I am about half-way through the next chapter and hope to write more soon. It is, unfortunately, not uncommon for Lit authors to have to take breaks, now and then, to recharge our batteries and work up new inspired scenes.
