"I was rock hard. Stiff even." These statements together don't make sense and are redundant. A rock hard penis is stiff. It's not so hard that it's also stiff. If anything, it's so stiff that it's rock hard. Your best bet is to choose either 'rock hard' or 'stiff' and forego the second sentence.
