This story is very sexy without all the sex. The slow buildup worked well and seemed to flow right along, leading up to the climax, so to speak. It's a sure bet that Rob went home with a case of the blue balls lol. It would be great if the story continued with neighbors helping neighbors, but if not, then it's still a story well worth reading. Thanks

The first chapter of this story gives the reader a wonderful introduction to the characters, background, and plot, and the whole atmosphere that pervades the story is more that of a tender romance than an Erotic Couplings story. This chapter should also be read with the following chapter in its entirety in order for the story to be fully appreciated.

Nice premise.

Well paced.

Good setup for whatever comes next.
